These terms set the expected basis for independent companies receiving or responding to enquiries through the supplier network.
ENQUIRY HANDLING
Enquiry information must be used only to assess and respond to the relevant requirement. Suppliers must handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection and marketing law.
ACCURATE RESPONSES
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of availability, machine specifications, prices, delivery information, certifications and contractual terms they provide.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Any hire, sale or service agreement is directly between the supplier and customer. The supplier remains responsible for equipment, inspections, service delivery, insurance and aftercare.
NETWORK STANDARDS
We may pause or remove network access where conduct, response quality, data handling or customer treatment does not meet reasonable commercial standards.
